Translation Pricing Policy

Translation Pricing Policy

One of the most important questions for individuals and institutions seeking translation services is how translation fees are determined. At Yardım Tercüme, our pricing model is shaped by the nature of the document, the required field of expertise, the language pair, and the delivery timeline. Since every project has its own unique structure, we carefully review each document to provide the most accurate and fair quote.

The length of the document, the density of terminology, and the level of specialization required form the foundation of our pricing. For technical manuals, legal contracts, medical reports, or financial documents, the translation process goes far beyond producing word-for-word equivalents. It requires contextual analysis, terminology management, and subject‑matter expertise. For this reason, each project is evaluated according to its own level of complexity.

Language pairs also play a significant role in determining translation fees. While languages such as English, German, Arabic, and Russian follow more standard pricing ranges due to high demand, languages like Japanese, Chinese, or Indonesian may vary depending on the availability of qualified translators. At Yardım Tercüme, we strive to offer competitive and fair pricing across all language pairs.

For notarized translations, an additional notary certification fee may apply. Notary fees vary depending on the document type, page count, and content density, which is why pricing for these projects can only be finalized after reviewing the document. In certain cases, we can also provide notary‑included pricing upon request. In such situations, all notary procedures are handled on behalf of the client, and the payment process is fully managed by our team.

For international documents—especially powers of attorney requiring apostille—the process works differently. No upfront payment is requested at the initial stage; the final price is determined once the apostilled document reaches us. If needed, shipping services can also be added to the pricing for documents that must be sent abroad.

Every translation project is unique, and every client’s needs differ. For this reason, instead of offering a fixed price list, we evaluate each project based on its own dynamics and determine the most accurate pricing accordingly. At Yardım Tercüme, our goal is not only to provide translation services but also to offer a reliable, seamless, and long‑term partnership that supports our clients’ workflows. Our pricing policy is a natural extension of this approach.
